While working for CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, I created brochures, proposals, and a range of advertising content for all Newfoundland and Labrador commercial listings. These materials aimed to attract multinational technology firms to the region, win bids, and advertise our brokerage.
While at CBRE I was involved in the implementation of updating the brand’s marketing guidelines. These updates were focused on promoting a more refined overall look, while giving freedom to designers to highlight their client’s style. This new initiative constantly pushed me to search out unique aspects of external brands, and to find intriguing ways to meld them with the CBRE look.
